Mar's Rat Spied By NASA's Curiosity Rover

Is that a rat or a squirell on Mars or what?
Mar's Rat Spied By NASA's Curiosity Rover
The dusty orange, rock-strewn surface of the Red Planet was revealed from the mast camera on NASA’s Curiosity rover - and what starry-eyed enthusiasts claim is a dusty orange rodent hiding among the stones.
The photo, taken Sept. 28, 2012, depicts the “Rocknest” site, where NASA’s rover took a scoopful of sand, tasted it, and determined it was full of weathered basaltic materials - not unlike Hawaii, the space agency’s scientists said last year.
No word on how the rodent tasted, however. The efforts were taken to identify the “creature” on the UFO Sightings Daily website, where its finder, ScottCWaring, held tight to his opinion: That’s one darn cute rodent on Mars.
"Note its lighter color upper and lower eyelids, its nose and cheek areas, its ear, its front leg and stomach. Looks similar to a squirrel camouflaged in the stones and sand by its colors," he wrote.
"Hey, who doesn't love squirrels, right?”
Others pointed out that the similarity in coloring and position mean it was most likely just a rock, fingering the psychology phenomenon known as pareidolia, a propensity to pick out faces from everyday objects and structures.
To take advantage of this psychological phenomenon closer to home, designers at Berlin's Onformative studio developed an algorithm that scans the surface of the earth with Google Maps, picking out geographical structures that are likely to be construed as having face-like features, science blog iO9 recently pointed out.
Their algorithm found faces in fields, mustaches in mountains, hills with actual eyes. Perhaps the algorithm should be turned loose on Mars?

Woman Delivers Her Baby After Being "Pregnant" For Two Years

When Mrs. Prisca Ashiegbu struggled with her husband and finally got pregnant after seven years of fervent prayers to God for the fruit of the womb, she never imagined that she would have to go through so much sufferings and pain, waiting another two years before she eventually "pushed" the baby out.
Below is the story of this beautiful woman who got her first baby after nine years...
The nine years of childless marriage to her husband, Henry, was rough but the agaony was forgotten when she was delivered of her “miracle baby” on February 2, 2013.Married in January 2004, the couple who hail from Abazu village in Imo State was not so anxious about having a child in the first year of the marriage. However, they stated their journey of praying and waiting on God by the second year.
For many years, they went from one hospital to another searching for a solution to their childlessness and it was during one of such hospital visits that a scan revealed that Prisca had fibroid.
The doctors said the only solution was for Prisca to undergo surgery but the stories the couple heard about having surgery to remove fibroid didn’t encourage them to go on with the treatment.
“I have always had this phobia of going for surgery especially when it concerns fibroid. I have heard a lot of stories and the stories were not good. Many women had lost their lives in the process and we didn’t know where to go and who to trust. Some other stories we heard were that if one does not conceive within three months after removing the fibroid, it will grow back. I didn’t want my wife to go for the surgery because I had already made up my mind that I’ll rather remain childless than lose my wife to the ailment,” Henry, the husband said.

Angelina Jolie's Aunt Dies Of Breast Cancer

Angelina Jolie’s beloved aunt Debbie died after a battle with breast cancer on Sunday morning (26.05.13) in California. Angelina Jolie’s aunt has lost her battle with breast cancer.
The ‘Salt’ actress – who recently revealed she underwent a double mastectomy after she was identified as carrying the BRCA1 cancer gene, which gave her an 87 per cent chance of developing breast cancer and a 50 per cent risk of ovarian cancer – and her family are in mourning after her aunt Debbie Martin, 61, passed away at Palomar Hospital in Escondido, California on Sunday morning (26.05.13).
The Oscar-winner’s uncle Ron Martin confirmed the sad news and praised the 37-year-old star and her brother James Haven for their support.
He told E! News: “Angelina has been in touch throughout the week and her brother Jamie has been with us, giving his support day by day. They both loved Debbie very much and although Angie is not able to come right now she has sent her love and support, which was very nice.
“We have seen Angelina a number of times since Debbie was diagnosed with breast cancer and Debbie and I were both very proud of her recent decision to have the double mastectomy and to do everything she can to keep her family from having to go through what we’ve been through.
“Angelina’s father Jon Voight has also been tremendously supportive – he came down to see Debbie last Sunday and spent the whole day, talking with her and sharing his love and I know Debbie really enjoyed seeing him and talking with him.”
Debbie is survived by her husband Ron and their two sons Chris and Cory Martin.

Australian Man Claims To Be Jesus

A former IT Specialist in Australia claims to be Jesus and he’s already gathered some followers. According to Sky News, Alan John Miller, or AJ as he prefers to be known, runs a religious movement known as the Divine Truth from his home near the small town of Kingaroy in the state of Queensland.
Miller also claims that his Australian partner (in the picture) is Mary Magdalene and she was present at the crucifixion. He recalled raising his friend, Lazarus from the dead.
The weird thing is that people actually believe this man. A California man, George Hamel left behind a business and his wife in the United States to be closer to Mr Miller and his teachings. He firmly believes Mr Miller is Jesus Christ and insists there’s nothing sinister about him.
Another British woman Louise “Luli” Faver, 39, is a former neuroscientist who gave up her career to be closer to the couple

Rivers has highest HIV/AIDS cases

Rivers has highest HIV/AIDS cases
RIVERS State has the highest number of people living with HIV/AIDS with a total of 145,236 adults and 15,000 children affected.
Priscillia Shu, Co-ordinator, Rhema Care Integrated Development Centre stated this when the HIV/AIDS awareness center facilitated a sensitisation programme among staff of the Rivers State Ministry of Culture and Tourism .
To curb the spread of HIV/AIDS, the awareness campaigner stressed the need  for abstinence and faithfulness to one uninfected partner at the event.
She also advised on the need to avoid use of unsterilized sharp instruments and ensure that only screened blood are transfused.
Shu recalled that the epidemic first came to lime-light in America in the 80s then gradually crept into Nigeria in 1988 in Calabar through a 13 year old teenage girl.
Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Culture and Tourism Mrs. Grace Akpughunum-Okwulehie who was represented by the ministry’s Director of Administration, Mrs. Ibiere Pepple enjoined all staff to join hands in minimizing the spread of HIV/AIDS

Nigerian Homosexuals Go Underground Over Passage Of Law

AS lawmakers intensify efforts to criminalise homosexuality in Nigeria, investigations have revealed that gays and lesbians in the country have gone underground for fear of being used as scapegoats. Unlike before when some of them freely identified themselves as homosexuals, The Guardian learnt that most homosexuals now keep mute on their gay status.
While a church, House of Rainbow, solely dedicated to the interest of gays in Nigeria was forced to relocate from Lagos where it had two centres and several followers to the United Kingdom some years ago, most of the known clubs and relaxation centres often patronised by gays in Lagos have practically dried up.
But sources told The Guardian in confidence that gay practice is still secretly thriving in the country. BBC had reported about a gay club in Lagos early this year. And House of Rainbow founder, Rev. Jide Rowland, told The Guardian early this year that his church, though operating underground now, has at least three cells in Lagos, making Nigeria where the church has the highest members in Africa.
Chief Researcher/HOD (Head of Department) of Clinical Sciences Division, Nigerian Institute of Medical Research  (NIMR), Dr. Oliver Ezechi, however, said that the subterranean method of operation of gays would worsen the fight against human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in Nigeria.
Ezechi said over a dozen homosexuals had approached NIMR for HIV counseling and treatment before the passage of the nations’ anti-gay bill by the Senate in 2011. He added that for fear of being punished, the homosexuals have since gone underground.
“Anti-gay bill will affect the fight against HIV in Nigeria because homosexuals would go underground. We were discussing with them on HIV-prevention service before the onset of the law. But once the bill came up, the homosexuals were not ready to talk to us because they were afraid they could be picked up. Once you criminalise any medical service, people would go underground. That might not solve the problem of HIV. Therefore, we need to dialogue and see how to provide assistance to them,” Ezechi said.
Lawmakers in the House of Representatives joined their Senate counterparts on Thursday when they voted to ban gay marriages, outlawed any group actively supporting gay rights and endorsed a measure that also calls for 14-year prison sentence for any “public show” of affection by same-sex people.
The Senate had passed the law in 2011 despite pressures from foreign countries where gay marriage is acceptable. Senate President, David Mark, insisted that the bill prohibiting same sex marriages “is irrevocable”.
“We will not compromise on this. I want to invite you all to join the crusade of decency in our society. There are many good values we can copy from other societies but certainly not this one (same-sex marriages).
We have to prove to the rest of the world, who are advocates of this unnatural way, that we Nigerians promote and respect sanity, morality and humanity. Every individual is a product of the union of a man and woman,” he said.
Coordinator of Justice for Gay Africans Society, Mr Godwyns Onwuchekwa, a gay and  a UK-based Nigerian, had said  that the Nigerian government should leave the fight against gays to God.
“If God hated gay people, let God himself destroy them as you said he did to Sodom and Gomorrah. Or is your God powerless? Why are you fighting for the one who is supposed to be most powerful? If God is against homosexuality, what is he waiting for? It is either there is no God or God doesn’t hate gay people,” Onwuchekwa said.
Speaking in the same vein, Rowland said the bill would be detrimental to the work of his church in Nigeria.  “Any negative effect on the anti-gay bill will have detrimental effect on the work and mission of House Of Rainbow in Nigeria. The lives of LGBTI people and their friends, families and allies will be further frustrated with fear and prejudice. We need to pray and stand up against injustice,” he said.

I Knew Kayode Salako Was Married When I Was Dating Him - Foluke Daramola Speaks Out

Foluke Daramola is a well-known face in the Nigerian movie industry, as she came into the limelight in the late 90s with her appearance in Palace, a soap opera back then.
photo
In a recent interview, she talks about her marriage to her new husband and on the feud with her friend, Princess Bukola Fasuyi.
Excerpts:
Many people believed Foluke Daramola joined the movie industry not quite long. Can you tell us when you joined the industry?
I don‘t know of anyone that would say that I joined the movie industry not quite long. Thank God, you know how it all began. If I can still remember, we have met in location many times, even outside Lagos. There was a year we met in Osogbo, Osun State; I am talking about the year 2000. That was more than 12 years ago, and before then, I have been in the industry. I started in the 90s before I got admitted into the university. I started with talk shows on DBN and AIT and eventually, I got a role in Palace and while I was acting, I was studying with it.
So, can you tell us your educational background?
I went to Maryland Covenant and Anthony Model Primary Schools. I was at Ikeja High School, Ifako International School and LAFROGRAMS. I studied International Relations at the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and for my Masters degree; I studied International Law and Diplomacy at the University of Lagos. Also, I did some professional courses too. I did some directing and I did a leadership course at Daystar Church.
Since you started acting before getting admission into the university, why didn’t you study Theatre Arts instead of International Relations?
My first love has always been to be a diplomat. I discovered acting along the line. I don’t have to go to the school of acting before acting well. I actually got admitted into OAU to study Accounting, but I just wanted to be a diplomat, so I changed my course to International Relations. I already have acting as a talent, so I don t need to study Theatre Arts.
Who are your mentors in the movie industry?
They are Olu and Joke Jacobs, Richard Mofe Damijo. In directing, my mentors are Amaka Igwe, Lola Fani-Kayode, Tade Ogidan and Tunde Kelani
What is your relationship with your colleagues in the movie industry?
It is cordial, but I am a private person. I don t keep friends apart from the younger ones that I have. It doesn’t mean that I have people as my enemies. I still maintain a very cordial relationship with my colleagues when we are off set and I know I can get in touch with them when we have one or two things to do together. I love privacy, so I like to keep myself to myself
The first time you were on set, how did you feel?
I was excited but scared. I was excited because I was acting with big names, like Liz Benson, Yomi Obileye and a whole lot of them, but I was really scared of them. Although, I had to get a slap, because my director, Uncle Tunji Bamishigbin, was asking: “what s wrong with you?” Because, I was not just getting my line so, I had to be slapped to get back on my feet and after that, I’ve been wonderful. It is like a part of me already
But there is this general belief that you are arrogant?
There is this Yoruba proverb that says, “ori o kin ri ara e” (the head cannot see itself). I see you like my brother doing your job and I am doing mine, if you don’t interview me, there are one thousand and one people you can interview. And when it comes to pride, I am not fantastic but I am very close to God, I pray, I talk to God and I believe I am a sinner and God will forgive me. But the Bible says he that brings himself down, God will raise him up and that he that raises himself up God will bring him down.
Pride is something that I don't believe in. I know a lot of people but if I see an iota of pride in you I will never associate with you. As I said, I am a very original person and I can relate with both the downtrodden and influential people. That is what is called true celebrity, being able to adapt to any situation but being proud is not in my dictionary.
Sometimes when you are in an environment and you are not comfortable in that environment, you can tend to look and “bone” your face but if you greet me, I would never bring you down. My godfather, Uncle Yomi Obileye, once told me that as a true celebrity, in your worst of moods, when your fans greet you, always force a smile.
When he said that thing, I thought  it was something easy for me to do, but over time, I realised it is the most difficult thing to do, because I might have a misunderstanding with my partner in the car and someone will just shout, “Foluke Daramola”. Of course, it would not be easy for me to force a smile, but then, I discover that if you can do it, it goes a long way. I always try to give a good impression to people, no matter what.
Are you separated or divorced?
I’m naturally divorced because it is over four years since I left him. But the paper work is not yet done. I don’t want complications really, complications in the sense that I don’t want my children involved in that mess and moreover, I’m not getting married tomorrow or any time soon.
Let talk on your marriage to Kayode. Howe did you feel?
Of course, I felt good. I am happy in my marriage
But people said you snatched somebody’s husband?
I did not snatch anybody’s husband. I never asked her to pack out of her husband’s house. Moreover, I did not meet her at home when I married Kayode.
But, when you were dating him, you knew he was married?
I knew.
But you still went ahead to marry him?
That is between him and me.
What about your children, don’t they ask after their father?
Whenever they are talking about their father, I always tell them that when they are old enough to use a phone, I will buy it for them and they can communicate with him, but when he says he wants to communicate with them, I allow him to do so. I never stopped him from doing so. I never stop him from communicating with them.
Your friend, Princess Fajuyi Bukola claimed you used charm to snatch Kayode from his wife. What would you say to that?
See, I don’t have anything to say to that, she can go ahead and say whatever she likes.
But the story is all over the town, she even claimed she took you to the man?
That is her problem. Why is she just saying it now?  I don’t have anything to say to that. All I know is now I am happy in my marriage.
Is it true you love wearing revealing clothes?
I used to wear them but the Bible says when I was a child, I acted like a child, when I became a man, I stopped being childish. When I was younger, I used to wear revealing clothes. When I was in OAU, I was myself, I clubbed, I partied, I had fun, I had relationships and I had heartbreaks. Now, I am much older, I no longer believe in wearing revealing clothes because I am more matured and I see things differently.
Even sometimes, when I see people wear it, I say with time, they would stop it, it is not things you can tell people to do or not to do. Then I used to believe that if you don’t wear anything skimpy or revealing, you were not in vogue, but now, if you tell me to wear it, I would just look at it and say no.

Couple Divorce Over Wife's Refusal To Take Husband's Surname

An Igando Customary Court in Lagos  State has dissolved a three-year-old marriage of a civil servants over the refusal of the woman to bear her husband’s surname.
The court president, Mr R. Adeyeri, held that Mr Johnson Munago and his wife Helen, both aged 35, were tired of their marriage, as all efforts to reconcile them failed.
“The court has no choice than to dissolve the union in spite of the woman’s claim that she loves her husband,’’ he said.
Adeyeri referred the custody of the two-year-old child produced by the marriage to the Family Court.
The president also ordered Johnson to pay N50,000 rehabilitation cost to Helen.
Johnson, it was gathered,  had filed a suit on August 23, 2012, for the dissolution of the marriage over Helen’s refusal to change her surname.
The petitioner told the court that since he married Helen in 2010, she had refused to bear his name.
“She always tells me that she is comfortable with her father’s name, and that she cannot change it,” Johnson said.
He also submitted that Helen was too demanding, adding that she insisted that he should rent a flat for her and be giving her N10,000 weekly for upkeep.
“When I tried to explain that I didn’t have money to rent a flat, she told me that she agreed to marry me just to solve her personal problem.
“She said that she was diagnosed of a womb ailment and that the doctor advised her to get pregnant as soon as possible.
“She told me that she had got what she wanted, and thereafter packed out of our apartment on January 16, 2011 with my son to an unknown destination,” he said.
The petitioner also said that the woman regularly returned home late in the night.
Responding, Helen told the court that she still loved her husband, although he was a drunk and had refused to care for his family.
“He spends his salary on drinks and comes back home drunk,’’ she said
Helen told the court that she sponsored their wedding ceremony in 2010 and that Johnson failed to reimburse her as he promised.
She added that her husband abandoned her and the child for eight months and returned to seek divorce.

Baba Suwe loses N25 Million award at the court of appeal

The Court of Appeal in Lagos, has overturned the ruling of a high court and quashed the N25million damages awarded to Nollywood actor, Babatunde Omidina, popularly known as Baba Suwe.
In the ruling, the Court of Appeal re-affirmed the right of the NDLEA to investigate, arrest, detain and prosecute drug suspects as long as the agency acts within the law.
The court said the NDLEA had not violated Mr. Omidina's rights because it sought and got court orders from the federal high court to keep him in custody after the arrested him on the suspicion that he had ingested hard drugs.
The Court of Appeal came down heavily on the Lagos High court judge that awarded the damages against the NDLEA, describing the decision as oppressive and burdensome to an agency of government carrying out its statutory duties.
Baba Suwe's attorneys led by civil rights activist, Bamidele Aturu,  has vowed to take the matter before the Supreme Court

Oby George: I sell babies from N1.5m to N3m depending on the sex

Shock could best describe the expression on the faces of members of the press as they listened to the confessional statements made by 50-year-old Oby George, over the role she, and other members of a baby-for-sale syndicate, played in helping women deliver babies.
Making the confession recently in Lagos, at the state Police Command, the Port Harcourt-based woman, who had been in the business for over a year, confessed to having helped women deliver countless number of children through a very questionable method. This she does after she is been paid between N1,500,000 to N3,000,000, depending on the sex and number of babies her clients requests for.
Waterloo
The bubble, however, bust when a 61-year-old Lagos-based woman, identified as Cecilia Adesope, who was allegedly delivered of a set of twins at the Port Harcourt delivery centre, was arrested by the police in Lagos, when she took the babies to a hospital for inoculation.
Embattled Oby said: “I am now ready to talk, because it seems we are hiding something here. Cecilia was brought to me by one Mr. and Mrs Peller. No… she was brought to me by Mrs Okoro, who is now at large. She has been treating her, and she pleaded with me to help her deliver a set of twin babies. That all her life she has not had any child of her own, that she is desperate.

“Mrs Okoro told me that we should use my apartment since her husband was around and she does not want him to know about this issue. So I agreed and N1,500,000 was paid into my account for the job. On her due date, she travelled down to Port Harcourt and we all went to my place. I gave her some herbs to chew after which she went to the toilet, when she got out, we asked her to lie down and push with all her might while I held her hands.
“At a point, we used a razor blade to give her some tear so that blood will come out and make the whole thing look real. Mrs Okoro then brought the babies, whom she had arranged from somewhere. That was when mama heard the cries of babies.”
Mother’s story
Asked how she met Mrs Okoro and where the babies were brought from, Oby told newsmen that she knows Mrs Okoro very well, as both of them work together in ‘helping women deliver,’ but declined to give any information on where the babies were brought from.
On her part, Cecilia Adesope, told newsmen that she was brought to Oby by a woman still at large, believed to be Mrs Okoro, who had told her Oby would be able to help her. She said she was asked to go to Port Harcourt for delivery after she paying N1,500,000.
Cecilia said she was given some herbs after which she noticed her stomach getting bigger and she was convinced she was finally pregnant.
She said: “When I got to Port Harcourt for delivery on the date I was given, I was given something like a seed to chew. After I did, I felt like going to the toilet. When I got out of the toilet, I was asked to lie down and push with all my power.
“After that, I heard cries of babies. I also noticed some blood on my private part, and was given a pad to use. I did not go to the hospital during the pregnancy period, because I was instructed not to do so, as the hospital scan will not see the babies.
“When I returned to Lagos with my set of twins, I decided to take them to the hospital for inoculation injections. I don’t know what went wrong, but while we were waiting for the injection, the police came and arrested me.”
Another expectant ‘mother’
Also paraded was 43-year-old Joy Ibe, a supposedly pregnant woman, who lives at Ajah area of Lagos.

She told newsmen she has been married for 18 years without any issue, a dilemma that sent her everywhere seeking for the fruit of the womb, until she came in contact with Port Harcourt-based Oby Gorge.
Joy told newsmen how she met Oby, and what followed: “One of my neighbours visited Nigeria and heard about Oby. After she travelled back to the Unites States, she sent me Oby’s number and asked me to contact her if I am interested.
“I called up Oby and told her my problems. She gave me her address to come and meet her in Port Harcourt. When I got to there and met with her, she gave me some herbs, which I took and returned to Lagos. After sometime, I noticed that my stomach started getting bigger, and I believed I was pregnant.
“I was also asked to come to Port Harcourt when I am due to deliver. I have not gone to the hospital for scan, because the instruction given to me was that the scan will not be able to identify the babies in the womb. I paid her N2,700,000 for triplets.
Signs of pregnancy
“The only signs I have as a pregnant woman is my swollen stomach and legs which you can see. I still see my period sometimes.
“On the day I was arrested by the police, Oby had invited me to Port Harcourt for check-up, so she could ascertain if I am due for delivery. I went and she checked me. After that she said I was not due, that I have to wait for a little longer.
“But because it was late for me to travel back to Lagos that very day, she said I should pass the night at her house. I obliged. That was when the police came and arrested us. From what I am seeing right now, I don’t believe that I am pregnant despite my swollen stomach and legs.”
I think I’m pregnant
Information made available to members of the press by the Public Relations Officer, Ngozi Braide, revealed that it took a while for Cecelia to be convinced that she did not actually deliver the babies, going by the supposedly pregnancy period and delivery experience she had.
It was also gathered that the babies have been taken to one of the orphanage homes in Lagos.

The defence spokesman also disclosed that there were a few encounters with some insurgents in forest locations, apart from the identified and destroyed camps.
He said that the intensive cordon and search operation being conducted by the troops of the Special Forces received a major boost from civilian cooperation in communities close to locations being focused in the operation.

Rising: the Lady Gaga of tennis

She's the girl from Neenah, Wisconsin, who sports garish leopard print dresses, knee-high football socks and cowboy hats on court while slapping thick, black paint beneath her eyes. Brash American Bethanie Mattek-Sands is the self-styled Lady Gaga of tennis and on Thursday, she sent

Chinese star Li Na completely loco.
Mattek-Sands stunned the 2011 champion, 5-7, 6-3, 6-2, to reach the third round at Roland Garros and add a little colour to a drab Paris day. “It's funny. I haven't worn anything too crazy on court for a few years now,” insisted the 28-year-old, who has also been spotted in a cocktail dress made of tennis balls at a Wimbledon party.

Her fashion history includes being fined for wearing a striped cowboy hat during a match at the 2005 US Open

TICAD: Abe pledges 3.2 trillion yen for Africa at conference start

YOKOHAMA--Japan promised up to 3.2 trillion yen ($32 billion) in public and private assistance to Africa over five years at the opening of a key international conference on June 1.
"What Africa needs are private-sector investments and public-private cooperation that can make the best use of them," Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said in a keynote speech for the 5th Tokyo International Conference on African Development.
He said the package will include official development assistance worth 1.4 trillion yen, mainly directed toward infrastructure development.
Abe, who chairs the conference, asked African leaders to join forces for development of the global economy, calling Japan and Africa "co-managers," much more than "good partners."
He said he wants to visit the continent as soon as possible.
The prime minister also unveiled the Abe Initiative, which will bring 1,000 talented African youths to Japan to study at university and work as company interns.
The initiative is part of an industrial human resources development program targeting 30,000 Africans.
Abe said Japan will promote corporate investments and provide assistance in health, education, agriculture and other areas.
He also said Japan will play a more active role in peace building, expanding on the Self-Defense Forces' peacekeeping operations in South Sudan and anti-piracy activities off Somalia.
Fifty-one African nations are represented at the conference, with 39 top government leaders taking part.
The delegates, including representatives of international organizations, will discuss economy, health, education, conflict resolution and other issues over the three-day period.
A declaration outlining policies on African development will be adopted on the final day.
Japan hosts a TICAD session every five years with support from organizations including the United Nations and the World Bank.
On May 31, Abe individually met with 10 African leaders, including the presidents of Ethiopia and Somalia, in Yokohama.
He also attended a meeting to discuss support to Somalia, long ravaged by civil war, and promised 5 billion yen in assistance.
